Treverna Bed & Breakfast ... About Us

Treverna Bed and Breakfast is a "Traditional" B&B - where your live-in hosts cater to your needs giving you the opportunity for complete relaxation - as opposed to "self-stay" or "self-contained" - this means you do not cook, clean or make beds, your time is your own.

The heritage overlay home, circa 1890, has three en-suited bedrooms (accommodating a maximum 6 guests), a large communal lounge with entertainment facilities, a smaller sitting/reading room with library, large breakfast dining room, extensive surrounding verandas and gardens. It is centrally heated and cooled, has a gas log fire and ceiling fans. Timber ceilings, dado walls and polished floors feature.

Breakfast consists of juice, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, toast, tea and coffee as well as cooked country fare of bacon, eggs, sausages, fried tomatoes etc. Please advise of any special dietary requirements when booking.

Picnic hampers - can be arranged with prior notice.

Dining - we are happy to make evening and lunch time bookings at local restaurants, hotels and cafes at your request - advance bookings are highly advisable for weekends and peak periods or events. The region has a reliable taxi service while some venues provide a shuttle service door to door.

Wine Tours - there are a number of operators in the area and bookings can be arranged - luxury, limos or micro bus.

Smoking - the house is smoke free in keeping with Health regulations.

Pets - are unable to be accommodated. Treverna has its own two cats and several resident possums.

Treverna does not have children's facilities.

Your hosts, Trevor and Verna, will attempt to accommodate guests needs where practicable to ensure an enjoyable and relaxing stay.
